Came here to post this, glad to see it already here.
Technically, it is correct, because Hamas has no veto power, but as you said they can reject it, but doing so will be akin to the Democrats closing down the government.
Both will regret their respective decisions, for both were constructed to make them losers no matter how they chose to respond.
In both cases, the no response provides the worse outcome, than the yes response outcome would have been.😁🤙
