A Florida intruder learned the hard way that breaking and entering can have painful consequences, especially if one of the people is an MMA fighter.
As CBS 12 reported, Henny Rojas was sleeping at his relative’s home in Wilton Manors on Saturday morning when his teenage nephew woke him up in a panic to inform him an intruder was in the living room.
Upon hearing this, the MMA fighter sprang into action. Using his skills, he beat the tar out of the intruder and subdued him until the police arrived.
The intruder, who identified as 31-year-old Austin Carasani, was then arrested and taken into custody.
Rojas told CBS 12 in an interview that he was fully prepared for the engagement and suffered no injuries.
I’m prepared. It’s not my first time; I don’t feel pain. Nothing,” Rojas told CBS 12. “I don’t have guns; I wasn’t looking for a knife — just God and my hands, that’s it.”
“Protect your family,” he added. “There are a lot of crazy people [who] don’t believe in God, who [are] only looking for damage.”

Caresani allegedly claimed he was trying to find his friend “Paul’s” house when he ‘accidentally’ entered the Rojas home.
He had been drinking at a nearby club.
Caresani was charged with home invasion and is still in custody at the Broward County Jail as of Tuesday. His bond has been set at $20,000.
Rojas and his family revealed they had never seen Carasani before he broke into their house.
“...to protect his teenage nephew.”...
Too bad it couldn’t be as simple as:
‘...because a lowlife entered his house without permission.’...
Ted’s dad got around.................
I used to live in Margate in the late 70’s early 80’s.................
Paul gave him the wrong address..........on purpose..................
They probably had him treated by EMTs.............
I still say it!...............
😏😁😉...............................
The human body is amazing. When in a fight, it apparently releases certain chemicals akin to opioids that will mask pain until the fight danger is past..................
Around a half hour ago, I saw someone getting into and messing around with a neighbor’s truck on my surveillance camera, then stagger away. I went outside with my Beretta and woke my neighbor up to tell them what was happening.
He came out and I pointed down the street where the punk was, and he got into his truck and went after him.
When he returned, he said it was just some wasted kid who said, “Ain’t got no money, ni**ah.” My neighbor colorfully advised the punk that he was on camera, and could get himself a few new holes if he screwed with people’s vehicles on our street.
I told my neighbor that it’s a good thing that old farts like myself wake up at 2AM on our first day off after another 72-hour workweek for no reason. He thanked me for the alert, and I told him I’d keep watching. Dude JUST got that truck last week. Thankfully, there was no damage.
Some people just have zero respect for other people’s property.
"Not that there is anything wrong with that."
UPDATE!
The stoned/drunk/moronic punk came back. AGAIN tried to get into the neighbor’s truck, then went staggering east.
Neighbor and I confronted him while talking to law enforcement on the phone. By the time they arrived, the punk was long gone.
I allowed the deputies to view and record my surveillance footage of the whole thing.
Fun times this morning!
