The infamous incident prompted numerous headlines and a discussion about privacy and personal conduct in the internet age.
The married tech CEO spotted on camera this summer with his arms wrapped around one of his employees at a Coldplay concert has been spending time with his wife, new photos show — months after the unusual incident consumed the internet and made numerous headlines.

A month later, Cabot, who was already separated from, and living apart, from her husband, Andrew, filed for divorce.
A source close to her later insisted to PEOPLE that she and Byron were not romantically involved and that the spotlight on both families — and their kids — had been “devastating.”
“It was inappropriate to be hugging your boss at a concert, and she accepts full responsibility for it,” the source said. “But the scandal, the downfall, the loss of the job — all of that is unfair.”
Byron has not publicly commented on what happened or responded to requests from PEOPLE. But he and his wife, Megan, were seen together several times last week in Maine, according to photos published by The Daily Mail. Among their shared outings was a beach picnic and a walk.
Both of them were also wearing their wedding rings and neither of them appears to have filed for divorce, according to a review of court filings by PEOPLE.

I Scarcely Give A S....
I’m glad to be hoping they found their love for one another and forgiveness that is letting them go forward together. I have found that the Lord has done much to help me with mis steps in my life when asked sincerely for forgiveness and a chance to do better.
So what? Another adulterer. Just reflecting a lack of morals. Way to destroy your kids, asshole.
I would NEVER forgive my spouse ... EVER ...
If they had just smiled and waved to the camera no one would have ever heard about this. It’s not like they were at a nationally televised NFL game or something. But they panicked in the moment and now we all have to follow the saga.
I suspect the wife hasn’t exactly been faithful, neither. So it’s a tie.
And Many marriages end. The sad truth is that past behavior is the best predictor of future conduct. Emotions aside, you would be safer betting on ending a relationship rather than trying to preserve one. It is interesting how decisions we make in the moment send our future lives hurtling in vastly different directions than we might have anticipated. For better and for worse. I wonder how often people’s children are carefully considered in decision-making, again, for better or for worse? Thank you for replying.
I hope Byron and Megan can patch things up.

Cheaper to Keep Her
He probably gave her a “hall pass”.
All even now.
The most likely. And, there is no future with a cheating slut other than short term sex since she will cheat again, and again, and again.
Boo hoo, the dude’s worth $15 billion.
I don’t think I could forgive that. My wife would, after she got done murdering me real good.
Isn’t love grand?
Most cases of infidelity do not end in divorce.
Everyone says they would leave. Most don’t.
While the high school brain suggests otherwise, most of these cases are not about sex. They are about some failure in the marriage.
Couples that recover from this often say their marriages are better in the long run.
Uh...yes?
Based on nothing, just pulling misogyny out of your nether end.
She’s no dummy she has him by the short and curly hairs for life why walk away form a cash cow.
