Not sure I agree with Mrs. Musk โs thinking. And I think kids are most important, until they are raised, then hubby gets the baby treatment. Elon Musk has 14 kids, same as my Dad (I am the baby). But my Dad did it with just one baby mama and 52 years of marriage.

If they cancel it in the fall, then DST would push it back an hour. No...when they cancel it (DST) in the Fall, "Standard Time" snaps it back an hour.
DST Daylight Savings Time pushes it ahead one hour in the Spring. That's why it "saves daylight". In reality, of course, it doesn't, but when compared to store hours, workdays and drive times....it does.
That's why it's "Spring forward (your clocks) and Fall back".
We all hate the "Fall back", and we all hate changing the clocks. Some of them I just don't bother to change.
