You forgive him.
That’s nice.
I don’t.
💔 🤍 ❤️🩹
She was very powerful.
She’s a better person than me.
Robinson/left will probably laugh off and mock her genuine forgiveness.
They are not like us - and never will be . . .
She’s a much better woman than I am.
Such incredible strength and devotion to her God.
Truly a remarkable woman.
She must forgive, it’s in her faith - it’s a requirement.
Now, let the authorities investigate, try, sentence and imprison the man (and any co-conspirators) as he waits for the firing squad.
I’ll forgive him when he repents his evil deed and is made to face the temporal consequences of it.
You married an amazing woman, Charlie.
She’s doing as Jesus commanded us and as Charlie would have. She not just a better person than I am, she is blessed by God.
There were many powerful moments throughout the day, but that was the most powerful, IMO.
She should do whatever she has to do to get thru this. If forgiving him helps her, I totally support her.
I don’t need to forgive him, so I won’t. May the prosecutor’s jury consultants do a bang-up job, and may his speedy punishment be a deterrent to those who condone his actions and might want to copycat.
unreal.... Instead of having some spine, you give the left something to mock you over. I am losing sooooooooo much faith in the Right.
I’f one of my loved ones were killed this way for politics, I would go scorched earth politically to end those fkrs...
Virtue signaling at it finest...
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread;
and forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors;
and do not subject us to the final test,
but deliver us from the evil one.
If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions."
(Matthew 6:9-15)
You know this is going to make the liberal cult hated her even more than they did already.
Chops to her.
Forgiveness means we give up our right to revenge, and give it to God, who owns it anyway. “Vengeance is mine, I will repay ...”
Without Jesus, the accused is a sinner in the hands of an ANGRY God, as Jonathan Edwards pointed out. We should be terrified of ending up like that, and eternally grateful to Jesus.
Erika knows something many people do not know. Forgiving is not a matter of “feeling” but in “doing.” She doesn’t “feel” forgiveness for the perp, but knows that God wants to forgive. Therefore she “chooses” to forgive.
From God’s perspective, forgiving others is SO important that He says that if we don’t forgive others, He will not forgive us. Something to think about. (See Matthew 6:15)
For more on this extremely important topic, please read Matthew 18, verses 21-35. It is extremely enlightening.

This would be rough for me to do. The left has cratered most of my compassion over the years. But Erika has a long life ahead of her, along with two young kids. Grinding on hate for the killer will do her and the children no good. She has chosen to take the beacon that was Charlie and make it even more important now. That requires a strong person.
Her forgiveness is another early chapter of what will be a great story
