I hope they take the discord organizers, editors (if there is any) and shut down the whole website.
Same with any other social media site that would allow such naked hatred onto their site.
It’s time for social media to come under heavy investigation-look how they handled the whole 2020 election, cutting out many truths and suppressing anything that didn’t meet their liberal standards!

A large number of the most popular YouTube channels use Discord as an adjunct. Agenda-Free TV, for example, where a FR member is a moderator, has 800+ thousand subscribers and uses Discord.

A lot the people on discord are gamers that use discord in team game matches but there’s a lot of other groups from Christians to the rest.

I’m a part of a group of artists and two small You Tube shows. None of the people in those chats/groups are a radical left wing group.

They’ll probably isolate and shut down that chat but no reason to go after Discord.

Hate speech by and of itself is not enough to shut down the web-site, as it is generally not illegal.

There are discussion boards on many sides of an issue that talk about physically assaulting, killing, and injuring others that lacks intent. It’s more general vs. a conspiracy.

If however, someone was involved in an agreement (between at least two people) to commit an unlawful act, there’s specific intent to commit the unlawful act, an overt unlawful act is committed (Robinson), and someone is inciting imminent lawless action (someone along with Robinson), I’d suggest that person is in trouble.

If Robinson told Person B “I am going to kill a person” and Person B said nothing, Person B is not a conspirator. You would hope that Person B would notify law enforcement.

Discord should get out in front of the oncoming criticism that is headed its way.
