Never tried a waterpik. We do brush and floss. Is a waterpik worth it?

Several years ago my dentist recommended a water pic ultrasonic system with dilute peroxide or some other anti bacterial agent in the water over flossing because flossing can break blood vessels and cause bleeding which allows the bacteria into the blood stream.
Once in the bloodstream, the bacteria can enter the brain and contribute to the onset of dementia via a number of mechanisms

I brush with electric toothbrush, use little GUM sticks and flossers between teeth and then use waterpik. Waterpik gets more stuff out. So yes, it’s worth it.
