To complete my thought: the guy cheering the shooting is acting very much like an accomplice with foreknowledge. He is not afraid, is quite sure that he will not be targeted even though making himself very conspicuous, and seems to know exactly where the shot came from and is congratulating the shooter.
That video should be the subject of its own thread. Buried in the comments here, many will miss it.

Turns out he doesn’t look much like that Omar NasraGalvnz guy after all, but he definitely looked like he was expecting this.

The guy didnt appear to be in the least worried that the shooter would shoot at him. Everyone else was ducking and cowering down.
