Should be not as much trouble to find evidence of life in abortion clinics. Lots closer to home too.

I recently read that one of the “moon” rocks that was brought back by our astronauts turned out to have originated on Earth.

It wasn’t so much the throw that amazed scientists, it’s the amount the guy had to LEAD the moon!

Well, after-all, his name was ARMstrong!

If I had a dollar for every time the media has pushed this narrative for up coming NASA announcements then I would be rich.

There are bacteria on Earth that live deep underground that oxidize iron instead of oxygen. Whatever you were trying to convey in that sentence, it came out wrong. In particular the "oxidize iron instead of oxygen" part.

Whatever. Just ignore the obvious meaning and nitpick.
What is the word that describes the process?
PS - Rust is oxidized iron.

So...maybe...a billion or more years ago, the very beginnings of single-cell “life” got underway on Mars.
Then Mars’ atmosphere thinned, the water evaporated, and solar radiation killed the single-cell organisms.
And now... What comes of it, besides satisfying scientist’s curiosity?
It’s a very expensive billion-year-old “crime scene investigtion”.
