Putting religious beliefs aside, this is something that astrophysicist Frank Drake once tackled. If you don’t mind a bit of math, here’s the Drake equation:

That is Fermi’s Paradox. 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars and no signs of any intelligent life revolving around any of them. This along with the fine tuning arguments, and the strange nature of quantum physics have caused many astrophysicists to come to a belief in a deistic creator or a simulated universe.
God didn’t say he made other planets with life on it. The aliens she’s talking about is demonic activity.
I would say the conditions for intelligent life being replicated elsewhere are equally astronomically unlikely.
