Agree wholeheartedly. It should NOT be paid for by the rest of us. That’s why I made sure to call it plastic surgery rather than the phony “gender affirming care” crap. It is plastic surgery and should be paid for by the recipient. Breast reconstruction after cancer surgery is often paid for by insurance, but other than that if you want to change your appearance (and appearance is all it is - your not changing what your chromosomes determined) you should pay for it yourself.

Honestly, when they start gender-blending people by using the opposite sex pronoun from how they were born, I don't care to read more so I can guess if it is really a he or she. The article is confusing because it uses male pronouns for this girl. But this is a girl who wants to be a boy. The article says she wants “top surgery.” (Translation: She wants her breasts removed.) It also says she was being treated with puberty blockers and testosterone.
