Another trick is to mount the chicken on a Bundt Pan filled with potatoes, onions, carrots - whatever ‘sturdy’ veggies you like and bake.

Found a jar of Kale Pesto from 2023 in the freezer. Making Pesto-Marinated chicken breasts for supper.
Pesto, oil, lemon juice - make a loose paste and coat the chicken breasts. Let marinade overnight or for a few hours before dinner. Grill or use your cast iron pan in the oven to cook. 400 degrees, 6 minutes a side, depending upon thickness. 165 degrees inside with a meat thermometer.
