Found a jar of Kale Pesto from 2023 in the freezer. Making Pesto-Marinated chicken breasts for supper.

Pesto, oil, lemon juice - make a loose paste and coat the chicken breasts. Let marinade overnight or for a few hours before dinner. Grill or use your cast iron pan in the oven to cook. 400 degrees, 6 minutes a side, depending upon thickness. 165 degrees inside with a meat thermometer.

But that still leaves me with more pesto to use up, so I found this:

Here is the 'Harvard Square' tomato in all of her glory! I got 6 this size and another 6 that were smaller. This one was a good 6" across! The plant still has some tomatoes on it - doing a thorough 'garden gleaning' in the near future. It's red and yellow on the inside. Flavor was mild but it's low-acid being a yellow.
