I have not seen, anywhere, that Charlie Kirk was wearing any type of ballistic outerwear.
And this info would be suppressed, for “security reasons”.

The vest was under his T shirt. The bullet struck center mass and was defle4cted upward by the ceramic plates into his throat.

So it was reported very early on.
