As a young child, life was happy for Chris. He remembered good times with his parents and two siblings. Then when he was 11, his parents started arguing more. Some nights his father wouldn’t even come home. His father claimed he simply had to “work late.” But Chris felt there were bigger problems. Finally when he as 12 Chris’s parents told him that they were separating. They tried to explain how it would be better for the family because there would be less arguing, but Chris didn’t believe them. For him this was devastating news.
Because so many of Chris’s friends came from divorced homes he felt he simply had to accept his situation and make the best of it. His father moved out and within a year Chris’s parents were divorced. He saw his father on Wednesday evenings and every other weekend. Deep down Chris ached over the loss of his father. He felt deeply betrayed by his parents and abandoned by his father. Unfortunately, he felt he had no one to talk to. He believed he simply had to accept this new life. At the same time he began to view pornography more regularly. He had his own IPhone and tablet, which were not monitored. He would often come home to an empty house in the afternoon, go up to his room, and spend hours lost in porn. It was his ultimate escape. Soon it would consume his life making it extremely difficult for him to succeed in school or to have healthy relationships.
Chris’s story is similar to many I’ve heard…

Would there be so much trauma if men could freely love or have many wives? He stays home while a few of the wives work. As the woman tires or working she stays home while another begins to earn.

Lots of people self medicated with drugs and alcohol. Some self medicate with porn.
People are more forgiving to the alcoholics.
A lot of mass shooters, including the one at the Trump rally in Butler, PA as well as the one in Buffalo in 2022 were watching porn literally moments before their rampages. And others like the Uvalde shooter were to known to have deranged fetishes they nurtured through its easy access.
You must be kidding. Some young girl put videos of her fee up on line and made $8,000,000.00 in the first month.

Actually they love it. Because just like with sodomite unions they end in long and drawn out court cases where the lawyers collect huge fees. And with children involved the fees go through the roof.

Many of us have felt that we are unable to fix a situation and it to be accepted. We deal with this by “discounting” the psychology Transactional Analysis term for distracting ourselves by focusing on other things and pretending the truth does not exist. The only alternative is suicide. But not all suicides take others with them.

One of the reasons this country is falling apart is because such things as addiction are just accepted, and it’s just not your fault. Fifty years ago, this kind of acceptance wouldn’t be tolerated. But now, we have to accept every kind of weird personality from anyone and everyone. This is just one reason that drug addiction is tolerated every where. How about people have some morals and ethics?
