Yes! They didn’t push masks during Covid, and when everyone else was moving to thick, spongy Belgian style waffles, Waffle House was where you could reliably get a thin, American style waffle.
Unfortunately, the coffee is just as mediocre as ever, while most other places have upgraded.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Well, they could use real butter instead of that hydrogenated margarine...

Waffle House could make a lot of money if they put those on pay per view.
That is funny but I have always liked Waffle House and, mostly, for those exact reasons.
I love their coffee!! Is it a medium roast or something? I think it’s great.
