I REMEMBER-— MANY YEARS BACK WHEN A GUY WHO WAS LEGALLY BLIND-—NOT TOTALLY BLIND-—APPLIED FOR A DRIVING JOB FOR UPS & THEY DECLINED HIM.
HE SUED THEM-—
HIS CASE WAS LOUDLY THROWN OUT OF COURT BY THE JUDGE.
I THINK THE JUDGE SAID “WITH PREJUDICE”.
HE CAN NEVER REFILE THE COMPLAINT

California Issues Commercial Driver’s License To Stevie Wonder

Unlike many who get a CDL from CA, Stevie can read and speak English like a native speaker ... so what’s the problem? And don’t say he’s blind or face a lawsuit for racist remarks.
