Kevin R. Mullins (June 25, 1970 – September 19, 2024) was a district judge for the 47th Judicial District in Letcher County, Kentucky since 2009 following his appointment by former Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear.

When a judge continuously steps outside the law that he’s paid to oversee, it’s no surprise that he’s treated like an outlaw.

Steve Beshear, more Democrat scum.
Scott Adams was saying this morning that the Democrat Party is a criminal operation.

This was one of those stories that screamed for more info back when it occurred.
Ah, Kentucky.

My original take was that the Judge had to know what his bailiff was doing in his chambers.
I thought the judge might be trying to get the sheriff to take the whole fall and leave him out of it.
I thought the phone contact between judge and the daughter may have been intimidation.
Remember after the shooting the sheriff didn’t say much other than “they” were going after his family.
Those deemed paranoid often have a valid reason for being paranoid.

Convicting the Sheriff might be a problem if the story is true.
