If it were Cesium-133, we'd at least know the time.

The shrimp should be returned to the producer.

If these shrimp were found on the grounds of a nuclear power plant, the shrimp would be required to be disposed of as radioactive waste.

The only likely origin of the Cs-137 is a nuclear power plant or a Uranium mine.

There needs to be an investigation in to how Cs-137 came to be in farmed shrimp.

If any amount of Cs-137 was in the discharges from Fukushima the Chinese would have had a news blast about it the next day.

China is watching Japanese discharges like a hawk.
