They have already been codified into Russian Constitutional law by Duma vote. The Russian people will not allow them to be surrendered….the Russian Donbass is Russian, has been for centuries, and will remain so.

Putin will never meet with Zelensky as he is viewed as an Illegitimate President, Russia will only meet with Ukraine leaders when free elections are held again.
