Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that Ukraine is prepared to work productively in order to end the war between Kiev and Moscow.

"When peace is discussed for one country in Europe, it means peace for all of Europe. We are ready to continue working with maximum effort to end the war and to ensure reliable security. These are the key issues," Zelensky wrote on his X account after an encounter with United States Special Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg in Washington earlier today, and ahead of the multilateral meeting with US President Donald Trump and European leaders in the White House.

The Ukrainian president shared that both teams discussed the battlefield situation and diplomatic capabilities, adding that Russia "can only be forced into peace through strength," and that the US President "has that strength." He underlined that Ukraine, together with its allies, "have to do everything right to make peace happen."

I asked artificial intelligence to "detail the evidence of Zelenski's corruption" and was given allegations about corruption in general in Ukraine but nothing that adhered to Zelinski personally.

Perhaps you are better informed and could enlighten us.

If Russia were to attack us, would you want us to give up?

If we had idiots in charge of our war effort then yes.

I don’t believe anything from any Slav’s mouth. They’re all dirt bags. They’re not much better than Muslims. Patton was right.

“Perhaps you are better informed and could enlighten us.”

GEMINI

Experts have characterized Russia under Vladimir Putin as a kleptocracy, an oligarchy, and a plutocracy due to its crony capitalism.

Allegations of corruption against Putin date back to the 1990s, including a parliamentary investigation into a food-for-raw-materials deal where the food never arrived. He is also alleged to have used his position to enrich himself and his inner circle through a system where loyalty to him is traded for access to business opportunities and state assets.

These accusations include a secret $1 billion palace and hidden investments in energy companies.

At this point you would have to wonder why he keeps the war going.

Prior to the Battles of Saratoga in 1777, you'd have to wonder why the colonists and continental army kept the war going....

He isn’t going after NATO countries. You do realize what he found in the Ukraine (US Biolabs) that were making bioweapons right? If you don’t know, might help to pay attention. We actually need a relationship with Russia to counter China.

Putin has violated two signed agreement regarding Ukraine.

This has been a multi-party debacle. From Wikipedia:

The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances comprises four substantially identical political agreements signed at the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) in Budapest, Hungary, on 5 December 1994, to provide security assurances by its signatories relating to the accession of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). The four memoranda were originally signed by four nuclear powers: Ukraine, Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.[1] France and China gave individual assurances in separate documents.[2]

The memoranda, signed in Patria Hall at the Budapest Congress Center [de; hu] with U.S. Ambassador Donald M. Blinken (now that's interesting) amongst others in attendance,[3] prohibited Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom from threatening or using military force or economic coercion against Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, "except in self-defence or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations". As a result of other agreements and the memorandum, between 1993 and 1996, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons.[4][5]

Russia violated the Budapest memorandum in 2014 with its annexation of Ukraine's Crimea[6][7] and in 2022 by invading Ukraine. As a response, the United States, United Kingdom, and France provided Ukraine with financial and military assistance, and imposed economic sanctions on Russia, while ruling out "any direct interventions to avoid a direct confrontation with Russia".[6]

And we violated it with our mucking in Ukrainian politics for over 20 years.

The Putin worship here by some is pathological. They can’t defend him so they make this about Zelensky

Uh…this article is about Zelensky. Your Gaytor friend is the one who started screeching about Putin.

It is possible to dislike and mistrust both Zelensky and Putin. They’re both scumbags.

Disliking and mistrusting Zelensky doesn’t make a person a “Putin worshiper.”
