As Janssen sat down, he noticed that Buddy’s depression had lifted. Janssen wondered why and probed for an answer. “She was talking to the angels,” Buddy said. “In the last hour, God let me know.” "But then Buddy asked Janssen an unexpected question. “Want to see?” Buddy walked into another room and returned with photos of his wife. He said he took them just before she died. Janssen was puzzled when he looked at the first photo of May. He saw her do something that seemed impossible. As he flipped through more photos of May’s last moments, his confusion turned to astonishment. He then asked himself: What the hell is going on?"

Same with my grandmother. I think some folks are being prepared to go. There was a vial full of feathers on a high shelf above the hospital bed in her living room.
When someone came in to check on her, the vial was on her chest, and she had passed.
Do with that what you will. It happened.
Me neither... they are not to be trusted at all- particularly with anything that purports to be the truth!
Thanks for reinforcing my intuition... they are not entitled to anything from me.
Indeed. Nary a mention of Jesus, but Buddha is in there.
“Afterlife” stories are suddenly everywhere. I’m suspicious.
Thanks.
It sure takes a long time to finish a thought:
“But the photos Buddy showed him revealed another May. Buddy said he entered their bedroom when he heard a commotion. When he saw what was happening, he grabbed his camera and started taking pictures. The resulting images showed May sitting upright in her bed, gesturing with her hands to what appeared to be some unseen person.
Buddy said she also looked at him and thanked him for taking such good care of her while she was ill. She then turned to some unseen person and said, “It’s beautiful.”
Buddy told him that about an hour after he took the photographs, May died.
Janssen said what he saw wasn’t terminal lucidity.
“She was smiling — her eyes were almost like an illuminated blue,” Janssen recalled. “I was in uncharted territory. The woman’s brain had been progressively eroded with advance dementia. The neural networks had been destabilized. How could she know what Buddy had been doing? How could she even recognize him?”
CNN is at an end.
Tx.
Just partway there. One thing that struck me was the photo of his hands. He is old, but apparently has bitten his nails all his life-- they are gnawed down to a nub. Deep anxiety.
partway there

You have a point
There’s hope for him yet, he’s still alive.
Agree with me in a prayer up he finds Jesus and salvation.
My aunt who was still youthful and beautiful at 70 passed away at home from cancer.
She had a little cockatiel, Ellie, that she loved very much.
When she passed, her family immediately noticed that the bird, which had shown no sign of illness, was lifeless in her cage.
They placed Ellie, in her own little box, in the coffin with my aunt.
Use the app. Pop up off.
“The closer you look at something, the more complex it seems to be.”
A relative married into an old Texas family, with many interesting customs and connections.
The most elderly grandmother was on her deathbed, a large hospital room filled with her family of all ages. A large room, in part because the family name is on the front of this hospital. As the day wore on, the old lady became agitated.
Another grandmother spoke to her and then asked the old one’s housekeeper to give it a try. The Grandmother and the housekeeper had been raised together, then became household staff; as were her mother’s mother, going back many generations. They were connected.
The two women spoke a bit in rapid Spanish. The housekeeper tells the younger grandmother, who tells the family, “ She is embarrassed to go in front of the children and young ones.”
The room was cleared, the elderly family, the housekeeper, and a priest at her side, and she passed peacefully.
IMO, humans are stronger and control more than most believe.
My brother Mike claimed he was agnostic, I drove him up to the Smoky Hills and asked him: “Who do you think created this?”
Thanks, roving, but someone posted a link above, and that worked fine.
Indeed I do agree with you in prayer for that wandering soul, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
