Beginning in 2017, the intel officer who worked on the House Intelligence Committee repeatedly told the FBI that Schiff authorized leaking classified information to destroy Trump during the Russiagate hoax.
The whistleblower said Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell was likely the source of the classified leaks.

Assuming this is true, and I think it is, as I recall Schiff coming out of each closed door meeting of the House Intelligence Meeting and talking to the press, then why isn't he and the others indicted under the Espionage Act?

They put our President through pure HELL and he had to pay millions for his legal defense.
Schiff and Swalwell need to feel the burn and pay for their own criminal defense attorneys.
But I guess it will be a more complicated case because now the prosecutors will have to prove a conspiracy also, not just the leaking of documents. OTOH I assume it will be a more serious crime if the leaks are part of a criminal enterprise.
If they find justice it will be at the hands of the American people themselves.

President Trump has been in office for only six months or so. From observing his actions, it is possible to discern as well established list of priorities for attacking all the various and sundry issues thet face America.
We do not know what we do not know. We do not know the priority for getting Schiff nor we know what is in fact being accomplished to gather the iron clad evidence necessary to destroy Asam Schiff.
We must just relax and observe the ensuing catostrophe besetting the progressive left.
Then indicting and convicting a few of these people, will make a big impact.

With enough digging and pressure, we may find that Schiff manufactured and auto penned his own pardon. Why to you think this calculating bastard was so coy, in public, about accepting it.
