Two illegal immigrant sisters caught shoplifting shocked to find out they're being deported, one claims they can't be deported because she had a child here. Turns out they're habitual shoplifters with tools that makes it a felony. They shouldn't have tried this in Florida. Should have tried their crime spree in Illinois or Calif. Where the authorities would have done everything possible to set them free.

The Fourteenth Amendment was adopted on July 9, 1868. It was the final product of a process that Illinois Senator Lyman Trumbull began in 1866. His Civil Rights Act of 1866 stated that “all persons born in the United States AND not subject to any foreign power…are hereby declared citizens of the United States…”
I love how these two woman when caught, pretended they couldn’t speak English. When I worked in NY State’s prison system, and I had to deal with convicts during a disciplinary hearing, some would come in and say “No comprende,” and that they needed an interpreter. I’d tell them not to pull that crap with me, because I knew they’d been in the U.S. long enough to learn English to survive on the streets, especially the streets of NY City where most of them were from. They gave up the fakery.
Not much in California isn’t above the law it’s a haven for any crime you want liberalism at it’s highest in action.
It didn’t become a sh** hole state by accident.

I have a little more respect for the younger one who basically kept her mouth shut when she knew they were nabbed compared to the one that was yapping.
If not the child will be taken into Child Protective Services state custody and adopted out or deported too if President Trumps no anchor baby EO becomes permanent law

No child who is currently a citizen would not be effected if the law is changed. Ex post facto laws are prohibited in the Constitution.

That is correct. I thought since President Trump just started it, not backdating it, than a judicial hold pending appeal doesn’t move the clock each day to the next. No? If he wins in 18 months, all those born in those 18 months here to illegals get a pass? You sure? I don’t know if he will win but it is possible and maybe at least even odds or better.

Those women sure knew the system didn’t they. You could tell by the questions they were asking about jail time, fines, and the justice system.

Some of the comments at the link state that they don’t have Argentinian accents, but Colombian or another country.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least that they lie as well as steal.
