I know this will get some mad, but to clean the mess up, bring some dogs from the local shelter and the mess will be be gone in 15 minutes.

Accident happened about five miles from me. I know that stretch of highway very well
Road is arrow-straight but the northbound entrance ramp comes from sub-grade with limited visibility both for entering traffic and those in the travel lane.
Savvy locals move to the left lane approaching that interchange.
