Lodge instructions give three methods of cleaning. Also very forthcoming about where they’re made. Admit they use China because they couldn’t get the colors they wanted done here. This one was made in Vietnam.

I have a dishwasher, but I never use it. I like washing dishes. Very ‘Zen’ for me. I’d like to convince Beau to pull it out so I can have shelving in there for pots and pans, instead of storing them in the adjoining pantry room.
Oh, well. You can’t have EVERY wish you make come true. ;)
