5’11”/195 is not fat. She’s a big girl, nothing wrong with that. I have a good friend who is 5’8”/180 who is very shapely and fit. This woman would not be too far off that. If the pounds are well placed, she could look like a real woman, not some gay man’s image of the perfect, hairless 12-year-old boy that fashion magazines would want us to think is normal for a woman.
I’m guessing she puts off an air of entitlement. It may be subtle, but I’ve seen it in a lot of professional women friends over the years. They arbitrarily ignore a good percentage of men because they deserve better, the men aren’t ‘good enough’, i.e. don’t meet their educational, financial or societal requirements. They only want college educated, BMW driving, A-listers who don’t get their hands dirty at work. No trade school, pickup driving, blue collar boys need apply. It’s usually not overt, but it’s there and men can sense it.
This woman makes a point of her success, education, community service etc. Talks about all the physical fitness activities she partakes in, but doesn’t say anything about who she is, just what she does. She’s writing a resume, not a personal ad. Is she outwardly political? That can be a plus or minus depending on who you are trying to meet. Why did she wait until her 40’s to start looking? Most good men are either taken by then or have been through a divorce and aren’t looking anymore by that age.
I’d suggest she find some activity she really enjoys and join a club or group that does that. She’ll meet some like-minded people. She may click with someone or may make friends with people who know people. Stay away from singles groups and mixers, they are horrible places to meet someone. Just relax. Live your life and let it come to you. Don’t be desperate people, can sense that. If it’s going to happen it will. I’ve known people who finally got lucky in their 50-60’s.

She is 16 lbs above the range. On a government scale that many health care workers recognize as being inadequate and that is being replaced.

at 195 and 5-11, a brisk walk will be OK.
