my friend told of a story that he and his brother let the air out of two tires from someone parked in a disabled spot and didn’t have a handicap plate or sticker. Their logic being, they probably have a spare tire but they probably wont have 2 spare tires.
When I played that and the women was hooting or whatever you call that, my dog perked right up, hurt his ears.
Terrible she wouldn’t move for the old gal.
