Bodycam footage shows how a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ruined her career instantly during a workplace dispute.
What began as an issue over unprofessional conduct quickly spirals into a hysterical meltdown involving staff and police officers. The CNA was asked to go home after repeatedly being caught dancing making TikToks while watching the residents, the events that led after was shocking!
This video documents the full encounter, where the healthcare worker exhibits increasingly erratic behavior after being informed she is being sent home. Viewers will witness her persistent demands for payment, her emotional breakdown, and the verbal altercations with multiple individuals. The situation culminates in an act of disrespect towards law enforcement, resulting in a citation being issued. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of professionalism in the healthcare field and the potential career-ending consequences of a momentary lapse in judgment.
***FReepers I'm posting this because some care home actually hired this woman to begin with.

You need a refresher on the use of third-person pronouns. Get to work!
I just saw the video. Yes, she is fat/overweight.
Mo drama. Can’t take the hood out of the girl...
“Tell that bitch be cool! Tell that bitch be coo!” Be cool Honey Bunny.
There are countless videos of this behavior from black women. It must be a kindergarten graduation requirement. They are willing to destroy their lives for their cell phones.
Regards,
I’m reminded of all the nurses who made dance videos during Covid.
That’s what’s wrong with the healthcare system.
Marijuana and psych drugs
“Okay sign her worksheet and she’ll go.”
Anyone who understands this industry knows that no matter what she did wrong, If she does not get a signature from a supervisor or Administration before leaving she will not get paid for any work she did correct prior to the wrong she might have done either. It is a business, and legally they are required to pay her for being there whether she was wrong or not. It is the law and they are trying to get out of paying her by not signing her worksheet.
Before she leaves she wants to make sure she will get paid later. I would think ANY EMPLOYEE would want to make sure this important signature is acquired before leaving. And no matter what she did legally they have to pay her because it is the law.
With that said, I have three in my family who got their start as CNAs and now they are nurses. And I’ll tell you what, the “behind the scenes” medical industry is very political and full of drama. If you have ever watched General Hospital it is exactly like that. The politics and drama especially between territorial females is absolutely incredible...
To the point of being unproductive and even putting the residents in danger. You think guys have ego and control issues, guys do not hold a candle to the ruthless egotistical back stabbing and plotting against each other females practice in this industry. It is a constant effort to get each other fired over drama and butt hurt.
I’m sure you Ladies in this industry know exactly what I am talking about... And then you have administration constantly trying everything they can to get out of paying you correctly. Or setting policy that is absolutely irrational, illogical, and sometimes illegal that can actually endanger your personal state license. Like forcing you to lie to state about how many were on that floor even though it is ALWAYS grossly short staffed and not legal.
Good reason to keep your elderly loved ones out of such places.
That CNA looks like a real wacko.
It took multiple officers to get rid of one crazy temp worker? Even then she left under her own volition.
The ‘assaulted” employee look more than capable of losing the nut job out the door.
Sign the women’s time slip. Call the temp agency and report her behavior and tell them you’re not paying for crazy. Call the police and file a report.
Tell the crazy woman if she returns she will be shot upon entering the premises.
Tthe officer in charge of the scene was pathetic. This was a one minute, grab the cozy person and walk her to the door and tell her never to return. If she rested off to jail. But 20 minutes?
You can count on it...
I don’t do well with irrational behavior. I love my grandkids to death (ages 16-2). They can be A LOT!
