I had to read it a couple of times before it made any sense.
I have noticed that Ms Jazzy has been a little bit quieter for the past few weeks. I thought maybe she had gone to the Dentist, who by necessity had wired her jaw shut. Temporarily.
What does it mean? The typist was conserving energy by not using commas.

Having taken the same typing courses and intro jowhorenalism courses in my life, I simply inserted them into the sentence structure so it would make sense.
Public education victims… can’t get ‘em to work in the fields to pick our vegetables, or trust them to clean toilets or work at fast-food places; they all think they’re “better than,” full of false self-esteem.
