He looks like it was his sixth trip to the prime rib carver.
How young were the girls? If five, give them a pass. If any older, they needed to mind their manners and not cut in. Still, no need to get physical, as words can be very effective.
When he goes to get his shoes shined, he has to take their word.
...he was attempting to remove himself from the situation...
..he was attempting to ignore the failings of his parenting...
Assault plates.

Probably going for seconds.
I hope this isn’t rude to ask but ...
How was the prime rib? Plenty of au jus?
🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩. Worcestershire?
I can only eat it once it has been grilled 😜
I personally strongly dislike line cutters. I’d never pick a fight over it. During the covid fiasco of social distancing, many took that six feet and stretched it out where line cutting would happen without realizing. I did it once without realizing it because the clown had himself spaced a good 12 feet away from the one to his front.
In the case of this thread’s story, I agree with other posters that starting a fight over it just isn’t right. The guy is an asshole.
Could just sketch in some facial features with a Sharpie. The girls were afraid there would be nothing to eat if he went first.
Where did his ears go?
Are you a fatty? Gluttony is a deadly sin.
That and apparently some kids who hadn't been taught any manners. It doesn't justify what the guy did, if true. But some kids nowadays need to learn the sound of a leather belt whipping through the belt loops.
When I read it I wondered why the big fat man didn’t just cut in front of the two young females who had just cut in front of him? What are they going to do? And if THEIR father sided with them, then he’s rude too. That all being said, there was absolutely no justification for the violence.
It is nice to see that someone here has a nice balanced view of this incident.
He should have cut in front of the line cutters.
The UFO observers reported that flying saucers were sited at the wedding.
.
Maybe a wedding crasher?
Parents are to blame for not teaching them manners....
My first instinct would be to say something to the girls instead of going to the father. Maybe he did and they told him to F-off. If I was made aware of my daughters cutting in line I would certainly correct the situation. This sounds more like a low class situation where violence is the default solution to any dispute.
