Is the NEA trying to report truthfully without bias or is there a particular motive for it? Such a horrible time for humanity with everyone trying to kill, maim, and torture their "enemies". It would be interesting to know the real numbers of those affected, broken down by religious affiliations.

I must say that when I hear "six million" I'm a bit annoyed. IIRC Elly Weisel (? spelling),the famous Nazi hunter,states that there were about 11 million who died in the Holocaust,about 6 million of whom were Jews.

Just an aside -- The NEA isn't a real union by traditional labor movement standards.

Both public school management and the leadership of the union owe fealty to the Democratic Party. And on some cases (such as in Chicago) actually have interlocking leadership.
