To: Red Badger

The only thing about the pool in our yard is that we need a fence (which is there anyway) and we need locks on the gates. Which were there anyway.

We took out the diving board because kids are stupid. I guess that would help with insurance.

We needed the fence to keep in our prohibited German Shepard. Oh yeah…she was a mix, a GSD/Beagle mix. Mmm-hmmm…good little mixed dog she was. LOL.

Florida law and city/county ordinances call pools “an attractive nuisance” and requires you to have a lockable fence around the pool, not just the back yard, so there’s two fences.

An alarm system for an unknown ‘swimmer’ like a toddler falling in, and various other necessities, flotation devices, etc.

Above ground pools (I hate those eyesores) you are required to remove the ladder(s) access when not in use.
