Can anyone tell me why we are deporting illegal aliens to other country prisons and not just imprisoning them here? And what are we giving the countries we are deporting them to? It can't be finality of the action because we could not bring them back since we have brought some back.
Number one is why should someone get to be held in the country they are in illegally? This also makes it easier to release them when they are done so we don’t turn them out on Main Street. Also if we hold them here we take responsibility for medical care and a unionized staff to watch over them.
It’s cheaper to pay another country to house them than it is here. Take it from someone who worked in uniform in NY State’s prison system for 25 years. We had a lot of illegals in the system who were doing time for crimes they committed here. Back then, ICE was notified when they were being released, and they showed up to make sure they were deported.
MY THEORY, ALSO.
PLUS-—THEY ARE GONE-—OUT OF THE REACH OF ANY BIDEN/ OBAMA/ CLINTON JUDGES WHO WOULD RELEASE THEM IN THE FUTURE HERE.
GONE IS GONE.
A PRISON LIKE EL SALVADOR IS WHAT THEY DESERVE.
NOT ONLY NO-—BUT HELL, NO.
>Can anyone tell me why we are deporting illegal aliens to other country prisons and not just imprisoning them here?
Because getting them out of the country is the hardest step and leaving them in detention leads to endless appeals and postponements.
“and not just imprisoning them here? “
Why should we continue to pay for their continuing burden?
Send them elsewhere, they don’t belong here.
Cheaper. And we dont want them crowding our prisons.
