@GenFlynn
.@BarackObama needs to go to jail. And select members of his cabinet along with him. We don’t need a years long investigation. A decision made based on saving our national security alone is sufficient.
NO MORE TALK!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

If the cases are tried in DC, it will be very difficult to get a conviction.
Unless DOJ can figure out a way to get the case in a more amenable jurisdiction. That’s probably the biggest factor.
As I said, he deserves time and the maximum time allowed.
Donald Trump is going to monitor all this and Bondi and Patel and others had better stay on their toes and do an outstanding job. Trump is rightfully mad about what they put him through and people will answer to him if this isn’t handled properly and aggressively.
Excellent post. You nailed it. Thank you.
I think some here try to impress others by trying to outdo each other and it backfires. It’s silly.
Yes, he’s a very bad man and as evil as they come.
Jail? Hell no. I want to buy a screen-saver the shows a white wall after a .45 hollow point traverses from between OBungle’s eyes, thru his brain and then exits the skull.
Think Jackson Pollock style art ...
Good post.
If it can be done, I think Trump will make sure they face Military Tribunals.
This same playbook has been going on for 80 years. Senator McCarthy and the F.B.I. had the dossiers on numerous hardcore Communists in the State Department, the Truman White House confiscated all the State Department security and loyalty investigation files and refused to allow Congress to view them. The Eisenhower administration wasn’t much better, arguably worse in some ways. The whistleblowers were the ones punished, McCarthy was censured by the usual suspects in the Press and Government. Some heavy hitters in Congress knew this, Stuart Symington, Henry “Scoop” Jackson etc., but they didn’t care. They had to protect the Democrat brand.
Executive Privilege was Sacrosanct when Democrats are in the White House. Of course the very acrobatic leftists did a 180 degree turn when Richard Nixon claimed Executive Privilege. “It’s OK when we do it” seems to be the working assumption with all things Democrat.

Oh nooo,
Let’s take years investigating then years to prosecute then do absolutely zero like usual.

That won’t happen if Donald Trump has anything to say about it. He wants the bastards for what they did to him and put him through.
Not to pursue this matter is to throw away the arguments against vigilantism.
Tue, but even worse, it is unproductive and destroys the continuity of good thread discussions.
I suspect the worst thing to happen to Obama and company will be the the House impeaches them for abuse of power. I haven’t seen the case yet for this being anything more than political dirty tricks. Someone needs to make that case, or its all political games.
Very good point.
Sure, I hear you. But let me ask you: was it worth it to impeach Bill Clinton over banging a 22 year old intern? At the time, I was all aboard for that. Now, almost 30 years later, I think it probably hurt us more than it helped us. I am about defeating Democrat/Communists at the ballot box. Period. And if we’re doing something that hinders that.. is it worth it? I have not decided whether hauling Obama & co. in front of a Congressional committee will help or hurt.
I'd call that a very ASTUTE observation.. I AGREE!
Worst thing about it? Even when the group think turns out to be wrong no one ever learns from it... They just keep doing it over and over again... :)
I hope you are right.
