Cheap buffets are the only reason to go to a casino.
They’re not cheap anymore in Las Vegas.
I went to two of them a few months back. They were not cheap at $50 a person. I will certainly admit, the food was very good.
If you want cheap buffets, casinos are definitely no longer the place to go. Last year when I went I refused to book one of the many hotels that is charging to have a mini-fridge in your room
Yes, I used to go to Vegas quite often, or just stop by when driving nearby.
The buffets were amazingly cheap and amazingly rich!
Even the shows used to be priced reasonably.
Great deals, if you skipped the gambling.
But, that was then!
I do not go there, ever, now!
If you enjoy strange and weird people breathing all over the food you’re about to eat - yes, the buffets are ok
Not sure when you were there last, or what you consider ‘cheap’.
It’s why I don’t go...good luck getting breakfast & coffee for under $30 (for one). I was there in January for a conference, I had a ‘cheap’ $20 burrito and when I asked for a cup of water with it I was told “no”, only bottled water or fountain drinks.
It almost costs you to walk down the strip and breathe air these days.
the cheap ones are gone.
used to go to sunset station, with player card it was either 10 or 14$. fabulous value. station canned it post-pandemic and is clearly never bringing it back. it may have been a loss-leader but it got people in the door who otherwise would not have played.
And Wayne Newton
“Cheap buffets are the only reason to go to a casino.”
Cheap? My wife loved the breakfast buffet at Bellagio. Last time we went (years ago), the price was $52 each. Not cheap when Denny’s is right down Las Vegas Blvd.
