(The above is not a statement of fact. It is opinion or satire. Or both.)

Hot dang! Fusion power is now only ten years away! Electricity too cheap to meter! I’ll be reading the Epstein files from my flying car by then!

I would to be given a tour of some of the more esoteric labs, physics and chemistry, to see exactly what they are doing. There are probably hundreds or thousands of experiments that are beyond what most of us think that science is up to.

Like, do fusion in your kitchen by using this one little trick.

From near the start of the Wikipedia article on Fusion:
“Proposed fusion reactors would use the heavy hydrogen isotopes of deuterium and tritium for DT fusion, for which the Lawson criterion is the easiest to achieve.”
And this article says DT fusion is “overlooked.”

“Forgotten”???
ROFLMAO!!!
It was probably put in the archives right next to the Arc of the Covenant...

Those guys were incredible..Neil’s Bohr, Mosley, Rutherford etc. Without modern technology like computers they made the great leaps of discovery.

Here’s some real news about real events by real fusion proponents in action.
This week, the Tennessee Valley Authority began the destruction of the coal and gas fired steam plant at Bull Run in Anderson County Tennessee. The site is to be used for the construction of a fusion reactor generator plant. Anderson County is the home of Oak Ridge National Laboratories and tons of nuclear engineers and physicists.
The TVA is a significant player in the nuclear power business and operates three or four such plants.
