Institution of property taxes transfers ownership of all land to the government.

Better yet, FIX THE SCREWRL FUNDING. States need to take resident density ( aka a crap ton of kids from apartment complexes) into TAX considerations.
If only the president had the ability to do anything about this. Unfortunately he doesn’t.
Has nothing to do with winning or losing. He signed the big beautiful bill which neglected to have this in it. It’s too late. I’m not even sure it’s a federal issue. Why doesn’t he clean up the income tax process and put it on a post card like he promised. That’d be worthwhile.
