President Trump expressed dismay with Russian strongman Vladimir Putin early Friday, admitting that the Kremlin tyrant has no interest in stopping his bloody war on neighboring Ukraine anytime soon.
“I’m very disappointed with the conversation I had [Thursday] with President Putin because I don’t think he’s there. I’m just saying, I don’t think he’s looking to stop, and that’s too bad,” Trump told reporters after returning to Washington following a pre-Independence Day event in Iowa.
“It’s [former President Joe] Biden’s war, and I got stuck in the middle of it, just like I did with immigration and a lot of other things that they screwed up,” he went on. “But I was not happy with the conversation.”

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Putin thinks Ukraine/NATO has been looking to destroy Russia for years.
Russian trolls very disappointed with Trump being very disappointed with Putin.

Putin is making a big mistake by antagonizing President Trump.
Trump is simply managing the end-game of Bush-Obama-Biden’s failed and stupid policy.
Putin really screwed up by hanging up the phone on President Trump yesterday. Dumb dumb dumb.
NATO has, in fact, reneged on every word it has given him for years, so there's that.
“Putin thinks Ukraine/NATO has been looking to destroy Russia for years.”
Probably somewhat due to what get published on US GOVERNMENT websites, such as this one:

“NATO has, in fact, reneged on every word it has given him for years, so there’s that.”
You’re not supposed to say that, even though it is true.
Haven’t heard about the Putin hang up. Of course he would have hung up at some point.
> Putin thinks Ukraine/NATO has been looking to destroy Russia for years. <
I don’t know if NATO really has been trying to destroy Russia. But for sure, NATO had made moves to make Putin *think* that way.
In a way, it’s like a game of poker. What matters most is not what you have. What matters most is what your opponents *think* you have.
It’s a real pity NATO never considered that.
It’s also a real pity Putin decided to start a bloody war.
No good (or smart) guys here.
Russia and China practice Realpolitik.
The do-gooder West practices children’s games.
Best to admit Ukraine is done, cooked. They had three chances for negotiations, Boris Johnson scuttled the most important one.
Best to stop our tax payers bleeding out, wash our hands and let it be decided on the battlefield …..everyday Vlad has heavier missile attacks, and continues to gobble up one town after another.
Lughansk province is now fully liberated, you can pull up all the celebration videos., the ones the western MSM will not show. If anyone at this point thinks the Ukies are winning/ will win needs to stop taking that Hopium drug.
It would be better for Putin not to pick a fight with President Trump.
You shouldn’t bet on Putin and Xi over President Trump.
This doesn’t surprise me a bit. The war is only going to end when Putin leaves office, and currently it looks like only death will make him leave.
The only ceasefire Ukraine would honor benefits Ukraine and not Russia. Ukraine wants a time out to restock weapons, nothing more. Russia has decided, it seems, that if Ukraine will only accept ceasefire which favors Ukraine, Russia will keep fighting. It looks like support money has to cease to flow, and all remaining Ukrainian fighters must be killed or captured before actual fighting stops, although Ukraine will still be claiming they are taking ground from Russia.
