Michael Madsen, the rough-and-tumble actor best known for his work in the Quentin Tarantino films Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill: Vol. 2, The Hateful Eight and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, died Thursday morning. He was 67.
Madsen was found unresponsive by deputies responding to a 911 call at his Malibu home and pronounced dead at 8:25 a.m., a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter.
Liz Rodriguez, his rep at EMR Media Entertainment, told THR that “we understand Michael had a cardiac arrest.”

I turned that corner 11 years ago. Still doing the yard work, see maintenance, riding my bike, traveling and enjoying my lead foot.

He had some good roles. Then he beat himself up pretty bad with booze and drugs for a while. May he rest in peace.

He was in one of the most underrated movies of the 1990s: “Beyond the Law” with Charlie Sheen.

I just turned that corner. Just don’t let the old man in and it is much better.

67 used to seem very old. Now it’s not too far around the corner.Kinda amazing Madsen made it that long. He was a wild dude. It’s what kept him from being a bigger star than he could’ve been.
Anyhow, RIP Mr. Blonde, a legendary performance.
