I am still trying to understand why it reacted like that. none of the cars or trucks I have jumped did that.
I think the front shocks were not stiff enough and he was going too fast for conditions.
(I had a friend who was a pro rally driver and motorcycle racer till he broke too many bones.) He said every single crash was caused by people were driving too fast for conditions, I beat this into my kids and added following distance, following distance, following distance.
Unfortunately they have still totaled hummers, rolled off cliffs, and done kid crap (I fixed the car that totaled by rear ending the hummer for $650 Why did we ever get rid of real bumpers ?)

I’d be THRILLED to have a dependable vehicle.
