Have met 5 other people who this has happened to.

I’ve had it to decades. The VA attributes it to gunfire. I can tune it out. It goes on all day. The only reason I’m hearing it now is because I’m reading about it.
For you married men out there with Tinnitus, if you can tune out your wife, then you can tune out those other unwanted noises in your ears.
