Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan’s co-headlining Outlaw Music Festival Tour has temporarily hit pause after a powerful storm damaged gear during a recent stop in Missouri, forcing the cancellation of their July 1 show in Oklahoma.
The June 29 concert at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, Missouri, was abruptly cut short when heavy rains and high winds swept through the venue. According to a statement from organizers, festivalgoers were evacuated for safety, but not before the storm reportedly waterlogged artist instruments and damaged key production equipment

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Sorry for the pun and glad nobody was hurt.
Dylan, maybe. Back in the day. Willie Nelson, I could never understand how anybody thought that racket was appealing.
I want to know what the keys were going to be used for. Can’t they just stop at ace to get a couple keys produced?
Octogenarians in concert?
Will they be bussing in concert goers from the nursing homes?
A storm at Thunder Ridge ? The legend lives on.
I’d rather hear fingernails on a chalk board. Two of the worst singers ever.
But their poetry is pretty good... Singing... Not so much.
Yeah, never been a fan of either but hope everyone is ok.
Dylan was in The Traveling Wilburys.....in the songs where he and Tom Petty do a duet it makes my ears bleed......those 2 voices together sound like a cat in a blender.
Both are almost dead. Better get to it
I saw Bob Dylan a few years ago. He and his band just went through the motions and played the songs, zero interactions with the audience. They even banned cell phones during the performance.
Throw in Bruce Springsteen and you have quite the trio. Or Axl Rose.
Not interested in either one, oh well.
I’m a fan of Wilie Nelson, but from what I see, these days he’s almost completely out of it, can barely sing (or stand) and seems to be dragged around on this tour by his son Lukas so Lukas can promote his own (subpar IMO) music. It’s sad and kind of Bideny.
Two of the greats! They’re a little long in the tooth now, and obviously won’t have the energy and stamina that they did decades ago, but still would be amazing to see. Dylan influenced everyone from Hendrix to the Stones to contemporary country, folk, and rock artists. His influence is everywhere. Just a huge cultural presence. I’m glad he’s still truckin’.
The Ozarks have really been pounded this year
Bob’s recent duet with Barbra is fantastic. And he also contributed a fine version of Don’t Fence Me In for the Reagan biopic. I’m enjoying this career renaissance.
That is the problem with most of the entertainers I like. They are all a bunch of OLD MEN now.
Do I really want to go see Eric Clapton play at 80? I saw him back in the 1980s. The Fabulous Thunderbirds opened.
Or Pete Townsend and Roger Daltry in their fifth farewell tour? I saw them twice in 1982/83.
Even Robert Cray is coming here again in October. He is 71.
I saw him a couple years ago. I was the one who yelled “ Otis My Man” from the front row. Everyone laughed.
These guys just ain’t what they used to be.
I looked at getting tickets for Chris Stapelton. However, the closest he is coming to me is Madison Square Garden. I refuse to go to NYC though.
He is going to play in Hollywood, FL. Tickets are BIG MONEY though.
My nephew had tickets for Stapleton I think In Boston and I think he said it was cancelled recently. Clapton was my first ever concert at SPAC around 1976, I drove our 72 camaro after my Grandfather visiting from FL replaced the waterpump in our home garage. I'll see the Doobies again at SPAC this Summer because it's a fun night out. And speaking of old men I'll see Rod Stewart again at the same venue this Summer. The only "new" old act I have tickets for is Shania Twain - something different.
