SpaceX is also indebted to the US Agency for International Development (USAID), a CIA front organization that pretends to be a charity. USAID is paying SpaceX handsomely to provide the Ukrainian military and Ukrainian citizens with access to SpaceX-launched Starlink, a satellite communication system. Safe to say, then, that Musk has had a very long working relationship with the US intelligence community—the CIA, in particular.
