Why? So they can clone him? How do we know which version of clone is the one still with us?

Yes. “Sleep-writing” songs? Sure.
It's far more likely that Richards had been partying, and made the tape before passing out. Even if he could remember doing that, I doubt he would own up to it. This is a man who fell out of palm tree in Fifi after all.

Think of all the lives that the blood could save.
And, you get a great high out of it to boot!

Good grief. Since everyone on this thread knows so much about music, name the best symphony ever written. Not sure of your point. No one made a claim to be a musical expert and were simply stating opinions.
Although I don't think you're really looking for responses and I don't consider myself to be an expert in music at all, my personal favorite is Mozart's 40th (K.550). Listened to it just yesterday, simply for enjoyment.
For the record, I believe that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is better composer than Keith Richards. I assume few would disagree. However, Satisfaction is a very good song in its genre. A rock music classic, for sure.

The pastoral is incredible. My list, Mozart No. 41, Berlioz, Symphony Fantastique, Sibelius, No. 6, Beethoven No. 9, and Mahler, No. 5. Difficult to compile as music is subjective. What standards, what criteria do you use to judge?

The song had a strong influence on rock music at the time and made the Rolling Stones into a formidable rock band.
Best rock song ever? Nah. Not even close.

The fuzz tone had never been heard before anywhere, and that’s the sound that caught everybody’s imagination...It definitely pulled you into the song but it was first used in 1961 in "Don't Worry" by Marty Robbins.

They need to save Keith’s blood. That may he a bad idea. Keiths blood can be compared to a car’s old transmissions fluid, if you change it, it is probably going to bring about more problems than if you just let it be.

Oh, that is a great one, love Taco Bell‘s Canon in D.
I would also say that Mozart Rondo àlla turca is right up there with it.
Regarding satisfaction……… blech!
