Having read your comment, I think you are correct. Her driving force is ambition and hunger for power, more than ideology. I should have been clearer on that point.

Your post was fine... I just do not believe that Hilary is committed to anything other than increasing her own power, influence, and funneling money to herself. This is true of most high-level people on the left they typically have no core values. All of their virtue signaling is done to win over the gullible for political gain. I give Hilary no credit for anything, she is sneaky and deceitful but not truly intelligent.

If she had not married Bill Clinton, she might have gotten herself elected to Congress in a heavily Democratic district, and conceivably become a senator. Maybe she would have latched on to another rising Democrat politician to help her own ambitions.
She was smart enough to realize that becoming Secretary of State is a way to make a lot of money, something none of her predecessors in that office ever realized.
Why does the Democratic Party keep nominating worse and worse people for President?
