Going from $15 an hour to $75 an hour is not 400%.The 400% is an average, taking into account that starting compensation will be lower than that for long-time team members.
An article I read earlier this week said that the women were receiving as little as $15,000 per year, because management said there were so many others who would take the job if they didn't like their pay. Considering how much it costs for hair, makeup, fitness, etc (they are required not to gain weight), that is an insult and an exploitation.
