The verdict is in....
Mostly because they almost sent an innocent woman to jail. The main reason is the cops/MA government tried to frame a woman who was only guilty of being a drunk and a skank.
The COPS tried to frame this woman after beating the crap out of another cop and then leaving him outside in the snow to die. If you followed the story the FBI said there was not enough evidence to retire her. The MA district attorney chose to retry her anyway. The Cops also broke the tail light on her vehicle to make it look like she hit him.
The FBI needs to take up this case and investigate the Canton, MA Police Department. They killed John O’Keefe. Not Karen Reade.

She sent him hateful text messages all day, I think something like over fifty. (Read in the trial). He was ending the relationship. They went to a bar that night got drunk, she was driving and he was a passenger. I believe she wanted him to go home to talk things out, he wanted to go to the after party at a cops house. I believe they began fighting again, he said drop me off and she was furious. He got out of the car, she backed up going twenty five mph, furious and either intentionally or not she hit him. This woman was a jealous, hysterical woman if one listens to her multiple tv interviews, text messages. She did it.
Thank God there was a verdict. Not the one I wanted but it’s over.
Big trial here in Massachusetts.It’s gotten nationwide coverage. Long story short...a corrupt Massachusetts State Police conspired with a corrupt Norfolk County DA to frame a woman for the death of her Boston cop boyfriend. It’s a death that was obviously the result of another Boston cop and/or a DEA agent having murdered him.

That’s pretty much the way I see it....also her body language during the whole trial.....whether she had anything to do with it or not, absolutely ZERO remorse for the loss of a life......that’s cold man. SMH
My money’s on a fellow Boston cop and/or a DEA agent,both of whom were at the party that night that was held at the house where he was found dead in the snow.
IOW, a local story.
The level of corruption in this case...Mass State Police,Norfolk County DA,Boston Police,the judge and possibly even the DEA in this case is beyond breathtaking.
It got nationwide coverage.

No, I am a realist. So tell me this…..Karen pulls up to the curb, John gets out and she takes off, (the Lexus black box shows she left went 25 ft, then backs up at 24 miles an hour, another thirty feet, then takes off again and goes home, supposedly. So when and where did the cops bust the taillight, get the shards and plant them next to the curb and his body? Do you have any idea how many people would have been in on this coverup? The multiple scene EMTS who heard her say “I hit him”. The accident scene investigators, numerous cops from three agencies, doctors, pathologists, coroner, ER attendants, wives of cops, etc etc.
And these people were going to risk imprisonment for killing him because one of their buddies was being flirty with the skank and she was all over him as well
That Canton/Stoughton area has some real winners for cops, like Matthew Farwell, a Stoughton cop, who murdered his pregnant girlfriend. Initially logged as a suicide, the FBI investigated and found evidence of a murder. Matthew, being a perv, started grooming his girlfriend during her teenage. Matthew was not alone as his twin brother was banging her as well.
It is another murder (or possibly accidental death) case. We will now be subjected to the diverse opinions of a bunch of people who think they are the real life incarnation of C. Auguste Dupin (probably not).
OK...you’re a true believer. So I won’t try to change your mind. So all I’ll say is:
The broken taillight was clearly explained by a video showing her backing into a car in a parking lot.
The Commonwealth’s Medical Examiner specifically refused to testify that the dead cop had been struck by a motor vehicle.

The “parking lot” was the driveway of John Okeefes home”. Nice theory, but the ring camera disproved this and the defense abandoned this theory. But let’s go with your point………how did all these corrupt cops know she backed into Okeefes car, broke a taillight (no shards in the driveway) gather them up at the house, then take them to the scene where the body was found.
Another thing from the time Read left the scene, she began calling him, a total of 58 times, wanting to know where he was, and hysterically worried about him. But she didnt bother calling the people at the party house where she last saw him and ask to speak to John, or ask if he was there and ok.
