Well I can see your point. But what if Trump’s priorities are not on cutting spending? If that was his priority he’d have been raging at Johnson and the House republicans to enact the DOGE cuts.
I really don’t want to believe that the president we elected - who was persecuted, shot at, attacked at every opportunity - would hide Epstein material in order to use it himself. I’d prefer that not to be the case. But I have to admit that it is possible, given the behavior of Kash and Bondi.
Joe Biden's handlers would have used that against him. But they didn't. So that argument is not making sense.

I was suggesting that Kash and Bondi being confused/evasive about Epstein info might mean that the current administration is using it for their own ends. I hope that is not the case, but the possibility of that being the case is not zero.
They wield a pretty big stick anyway because Congress has handed off every responsibility for decisions to the hired bureaucrats that they allow to be protected by unions they never approved and only an idiot would allow.
