His buddy Kaiser talked him into it. It opened the door for what we have now. Hospitals that claim they are broke but have a building program just about everywhere you turn.

for some reason I thought that a summary was so the rest of us would not have to waste the collective time to watch all this codswallop.

Silly me.

Specifically, Nixon signed the HMO act as a favor to Kaiser for campaign support. You will read varying stories about this but it opened the flood gates for the growth of HMOs and the expansion of profits for health care coverage.

This list is way to generous to Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton should be at least number four if not higher.

He shaped the post Cold War era and most of the major problems we face world wide are due Bill Clinton's Administration 1960s radical hate America, Maoist CCP friendly world view

The world would have been an immeasurably better place if George HW Bush would have been re elected and Bush had had his chance to solidify his post Cold War vision for the future

What were the other 5? I think he pretty well nailed the top 5 too but I am not sure about FDR and who ever was pulling the strings during the Biden regime should be tied with Obama.

We have had some really bad people while we had some great ones like Washington.

Ach! Ich liebe deine homepage. Ganz cool. Vielleicht Lincoln schrecklich war, aber im keineswegs das schlimmste.

I’m going to go with the modern world. Top 5 in no order.

FDR - socialist, admirer of fascism
Lyndon (”Jumbo”) Johnson - for so many people killed
Clinton/Xlinton - for selling our technology to chyna
Biden - for not being there q.v. autopen
Hussein O - for doing everything in his power to destroy this country.

Good video. Good discussion. Thanks for posting.

It may be a little AI. Mr. Sowell is 94 years old. He’ll be 95 at the end of June. What a brilliant man.

Though he isn’t a big Trump supporter, he dislikes Biden more. He hates race pimps, he loves education and children. He’s a quality man.

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there!
He wasn't there again today,
I wish, I wish he'd go away!

I remember when most of the worst presidents lists always had U.S. Grant towards the top. However, Grant’s reputation as president has vastly improved in the past few years. His supposed corruption was due to his naivete, not due to being personally corrupt. He also was effective in suppressing the violent appearance of the Ku Klux Klan.

China was Nixon’s unforgivable sin. That and killing Bretton Woods with his “shock” was knife in the back of our Republic.

Wilson maybe the most consequentially bad.

I don’t agree with the top five. The Biden regime has undoubtedly degraded our country the most, by far.

Then obama, the guy who set the stage for the Biden regime.

Then it’s a toss up between Carter and Clinton.

Wilson, LBJ, Bush II and FDR should be in the top 10 somewhere.

While I have my opinions on the worst, I will give you my choice for the best (not greatest) president:

William Henry Harrison

He died before he could screw up anything.

I’d slide Biden in Carter’s place and drop Carter to 6th and I’d swap FDR And LBJ.

It started with Wilson.

He should be first on that list.
